Expert in corporate and financial issues (for companies, banks and investment funds), M&A and corporate governance as well as in taxation and rules (including anti-money laundering) of financial markets.

Professional qualification as a chartered accountant and statutory auditor (since 1990), three-year diploma in legal sciences (ISU) and certified diploma in financial management and in international business, law and economics (IBMI); he is (since 1997) faculty member of CUOA Business School (Vicenza) for the topics of “ taxation of finance ” and “ access to credit and corporate finance ”, in the EMIF program (executive master in finance), as well as for the topics of “ governance ” and “ adequate structures ”, in the EMSC program (executive master in corporate strategy and growth); he is scientific coordinator of AMeC (Management and Compliance Academy – San Marino) and (since 2015) speaker at the second level Master in Tax Law and Business Consulting “Luigi Einaudi” , at Sapienza University (Rome) on “ taxation of investments ”.

Former advisor and vice-president of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Varese, he was advisor to the National Foundation of Accountants (2014-2016) and chaired the National Study Commission on Innovative Finance at the CNDCEC (2008-2012). Past president of AICEF, the Italian association of accountants with expertise in finance, governance and the stock market, he is a founding member of the Renne & Partners firm (Varese) and of counsel of TMC Advisory (Milan, Verona, Ferrara), and holds positions on boards of directors and supervisory bodies for industrial companies and financial intermediaries, both in Italy and in Switzerland and Luxembourg .

Speaker at nationally important conferences , he writes for several online publications (including currently “ Econopoly ” of “ Il Sole 24 Ore ” and previously “ Uomini & Business ” of the director Turani). Creator of the “ transparency matrix ” (CUOA TM), an interdisciplinary approach aimed at disseminating and promoting the strategic and economic value of information transparency in the educational and publishing fields; he is co-author of the book “ Appunti di finanza d’impresa ” (FNC, Rome – 2015) and of the research paper “ Dynamics of credit to SMEs ” (FNC, Rome – 2017) and, more recently, he contributed to the volumes “ Guidare le imprese sull’onda della coordinamento ” and “ Governare le crisi per il rilancio aziendale ” (both Marsilio/Cuoa) and is the author of “ ECONOMICRAZIA ” (Edizioni Il Vento Antico, series Uomo & Economia – 2020). He is also a member of the scientific committee of ANCP (National Association of Asset Consultants) and was coordinator for the CNDCEC of the project, with Borsa Italiana, of specialized training on the listing processes and governance of listed companies and participated in the working group of the project for access to credit for MPMIs (memorandum of understanding between CNDCEC, ABI and UNIONCAMERE – October 2010).
