Expert in corporate relocations, tax and strategic planning, M&A operations as well as asset management and Trusts.

Graduated in Economics and Commerce – Professional Area at the University of Bologna in 1998 with a thesis in Industrial Law entitled “Uruguay Round: GATT-TRIPs agreements” and in the same year completed an internship at the Permanent Mission of San Marino to the United Nations in New York.

From 2001 to 2003, professor of Sammarinese Tax Law at the Professional Training Institute of San Marino; from 2002 to 2005, consultant for the RINTAL group for Industrial Property;

From 2002 to 2009 he was a member of the Board of Directors of Banca Centrale Sammarinese, resigning in 2009 after being appointed Honorary Consul of the Principality of Monaco to the Republic of San Marino, a position he held until 2015.

Since 2012 he has been dealing with Trusts regulated by Sammarinese Law, while he has been a consultant to the Single Court of San Marino in Bankruptcy Law since 2001.

He is a founding member of the Academy of Trust of San Marino, as well as of the Academy of Management and Compliance of San Marino.
